This beer is arguably old and from a brewery that is inarguably young.
I had the pleasure of trying this beer recently (I think it was nearing three years old).
It blew me away, it was like more nuanced aged Temptation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep pumpkin color with a bright white head. Banana pith and peach pit on the nose. Honeyed malt, a dusting of ripe stone fruit, banana, and a grassy finish with a drying bitterness. A nice fruity saison, a little sweet but not overly so.
