On tap at the Saint-Pub: Bright golden color with strong activity. Foamy light beige 1-2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with okay legs and a decent swirl. Flavors of sweet grains, oatmeal, lemon, soft caramel, lager yeast, noble and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with good carbonation. Light strength finish, dominant cereal feel with some flowery hops. No adjunct feel, very well balanced. Intensity is decent with a good mix of quality ingredients. Pleasant malty feel, great freshness, high drinkability. Overall very good quality craft, let's just hope our delegates will be as smooth and well intended as this brew can provide.
