Half pint at Brasseurs du Temps. From notes.
A - Poured with a slight haze. Light golden colour. Mild carbonation with a one finger white head. No lace and a film of retention.
S - Apple, tartness, lot's of apple, and some grape skins of sorts. Very nice and funkaaay.
T - Tart at first with apple, lot's of fruitiness, grains, citrus, smooth sweet grain, grapes, and funk.
M - Good carbonation, light to medium body, sweet then tart finish.
O/D - Nice. The sourness is good. It's a very drinkable saison with lot's of funk and fruity notes. More hops would make this superb, but it's pretty nice as is.

Draft: Poured a slightly hazy beige color ale with a medium foamy head with god retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of light bready malt with nice notes of peppery yeast. Taste is a nice combination between some bready malt with good rustic notes and a nice peppery yeast finish. Body is about full with good carbonation and with no apparent alcohol. Very interesting and something I would wish to try again in a better setting.
