Sample from the source on tap Columbus hop version. Hazy bright yellow with a small bubbly white head. Earthy citrusy pine with bits of bready maltiness and a touch of grass. Pretty tasty beer.

Notes via stream of consciousness: So what do we have here? New England-style IPA? Let's see. It certainly looks the part, murky and orange-amber, really kind of tan in fact. It's one of the cloudiest beers I've ever seen. On top sits a finger-thick head of off-white foam that's holding pretty well. The aroma isn't the brightest but it's piney and tropical, and you certainly won't miss it. The flavor is much fuller and juicer, but also piney. It's got notes of orange, mango, guava, papaya, grapefruit, citrus rind, and apple. It comes off a little bitter in the end, and yet I don't think it's really that bitter. I'm not sure really why that is. It seems balanced up front, although there is a lot of sugar there, and it's not too bitter towards the finish, but it builds in the aftertaste. Looking back, the head has dropped but there's some nice lacing left behind. In the mouth it's medium bodied, and feels even fuller due to its dextrins and residual yeast; and it's smooth with a median, fine-bubbled carbonation. Overall it's not the best "juicy" NE IPA I've had but it's not bad. I could go for more.
