Stopped by Candia Rd on 25AUG21 after getting out of work early.... Tried a pint of this to start - $7.00.
Shaker glass held a muted, hazy, flat golden brew. Had a thin, wispy, fine, off-white head, mostly at the rim, with good lacing. Nose had loads of citrus - pithy and rindy - with lemon-peel and grapefruit leading the way. Had a medium body, but had a light, airy, prickly feel on the tongue.
Taste, too, had loads of fruit. Pineapple, grapefruit, lemon zest, mango, guava.... Yes, it was very "juicy", with some rindy, pithy bitterness in the finish. Tasty! Prosit!!
