A funky hoppy saison. Barrel aged with multiple strains of brett, pedio and lacto. Heavily dry-hopped with Citra and Amarillo.

One of my favorite beers. Its very earthy, slight hoppy, sour, dry and overall just well rounded beer all together. Has a nice slightly hazed yellow color. Great Beer, and it is not retired it is still brewed!

My batch was 8.5%.
Tart, spicy, fruity on the nose.
Hints of pepper with lots of tropical fruity like mango or melon on the palate that finishes with a touch of sweetness but a balance of tartness. Very drinkable at this ABV.
