16.9 oz. bottle poured into a tulip glass. 2015 vintage. Bottled 8/3/2015
L - ruby-purple color. crystal clear hue with no head. no lacing. little bubbles rising to the top.
S - semi-sweet red wine, chardonnay. Smells like a wine almost. Brett really filling the nose.
T - fresh red grapes, white zinfandel, really strong sour finish.
F - light in body. Acidic on the palate. Brett is quite strong. Really lingers on the palate.
O - I like their pomegranate lambic a lot more. I think the acidity of the grapes with the brett kind of overpowers the mouth.
