Collaboration Saison with our friends at Bottle Room and Station Taproom (Downingtown, PA). Foudre fermented and aged in tequila barrels with meyer lemon and farm fresh basil. Delicate notes of citrus and herbaceous basil meld with fruity esters and oak with a tart minerality.
