Pale Lager with Yuzu and Hibiscus. Brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt and rice, fermented with yuzu juice, then cold conditioned with hibiscus flowers for several weeks. This one reminds us of a stroll through a citrus grove. Big lemon blossom aromatics, followed by notes of ruby red grapefruit, lemongrass, and hibiscus tea.

One finger of head diminishes to just about nothing in short order. Body is the palest straw you ever saw. I expected pink hues from the hibiscus, but nope. Smells like a citrus-accented AAL. Rolling Rock with lime squeezed in. I can't be the only one who did that in warmer months. Citrus right up front on the tongue, followed by a wash of sweetness and then more bright citrus on the finish. Almost a jammy toast note on the mid-palette. Lotsa citrus, not much bitterness, which is fine. I want easy-drinking right now and that's what this is. Also has just enough nuance to keep things interesting. I could probably drink 3 of these right now.

Slightly hazy/cloudy body, thin white head.
A mild tart aroma with some citrus and almost a bit of funk.
Taste, up front is citrus and that Hibiscus comes through at the end.
Mouthfeel is light and easy drinking with a dry finish.
Really impressed with this one and definitely can see myself crushing plenty of this on a hot summer day.

slightly cloudy medium golden in color, white head. Nice citrus aroma. Similar flavor, just a touch of tartness. Thinner bodied, refreshing
