Mixed Culture Beer Aged in an Orange Bitters Barrel with Elderflower
Our house saison fermented in steel and aged in a variety of wooden barrels with mixed culture. One of which, an orange bitters barrel, was then conditioned with elderflower, foraged in Hilltown Township in summer 2022. Notes of bitter orange, pear skin, and slate.
