Mixed Culture Beer Aged in a Wine Barrel with Sumac
Our house saison fermented in steel and aged in a variety of wooden barrels with mixed culture. A uniquely chosen cask was then conditioned with sumac fruit, foraged in a variety of isolated places locally in Autumn 2022. Notes of raspberry, watermelon, and green strawberry.
