My can says 5.8% ABV
Pours an effervescent pink-hued orange with a pinky of beige head. Alright head retention & lacing
S: Fainty woody hops & strawberry, fades as it warms
T: Follows the nose, fairly sweet, a little tart & dry up front. Dry with some berry sweetness & leafy hops, plus Hibiscus tea. Finishes a little sweet, a little tart with berries & dryness
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, okay balance
A decent Summer time sipper, but glad I just grabbed a single

Diving into the taste. Strawberries dominate. And I mean in a good way, tastes like frozen strawberries were ground up into this. Nice malt body. Hops, if present, manage to almost balance out this beer. Not sure how this managed to make 8%, but alcohol is definitely hidden in the taste, but its i the nose.

16oz can. Poured out a semi-opaque, dark reddish, brown color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of flowers, strawberry and caramel. Sweet strawberry taste with hibiscus and malt.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pint 6 fl oz bottle on June 12, 2018. The strawberry and hibiscus are very subtle. Good but I was hoping for something more.

22 ounce bottle into a tulip glass. Had 8/19/17.
Pours a deep rosy pink, cloudy, with a one inch head and a good amount of foamy lacing. Smells a bit floral and has a citrus hop aroma- grapefruit, especially when warm. Also strawberries and a little pine. The taste is strawberries, something floral that I am guessing is the hibiscus, light malt and funk. Again, citrus hops when warm- grapefruit, light lemon. Smooth, a solid lighter body, well carbonated.
I’m not the best at trying to describe beers like this, but it was very good, and definitely interesting. Seems I got a lot more citrus out of the mosaic hops than normal. Anyway, worth a try the next time it comes around.
