Bomber. Dark brown wth finger head, disappears quickly, tiny bit of lace. Aroma is Cocoa, coffee, touch of vanilla. After a few IPAs this was super sweet to start. Tastes like sweet iced coffee with whipped cream, with booze. Some burnt maple syrup in there, some mild spices come out at the end. Milky mouthfeel. Overall this is a coffee stout tasting brown ale but very sweet, dessert beer.

Again from my man Kevinpitts. Out of the bottle into my tulip.
A – Nice coca cola shade brown with a half finger of tan head that dissipated quickly. No real lacing.
S – Coffee, lactose, brown sugar, molasses
T – Follows the nose fairly closely with solid coffee flavors and a touch of bitterness. Nice subtle vanilla and chocolate. Has a milk like quality in the taste..think whipped cream. Not overly sweet but you get some sugar at the end.
M – Creamy, smooth with medium carbonation.
O – Very nice brown ale here with lots of taste. Perfect for the coffee lover. Another one I could drink all night. Smooth and sweet and infinitely good drinkability.

22 ounce bottle into a snifter, batch #707.
Pours a very dark, mostly opaque brown, with a small head and not much lacing. Smell was very interesting. At the open was all coffee, malt, some vanilla. As it really warmed a few of the spices- mostly the fenugreek, and a little sage popped out. On the last pour, got a blast of the peppercorn. Taste, for me, was a good coffee, malt, vanilla and a little chocolate. The spicing isn't noticeable, maybe just a little in a general sense. Slight bitterness on the back end, could be the spices. Very smooth and creamy, nice level of carbonation. Taste lingers.
Very enjoyable and flavorful. Drank more like a milk stout, thanks to the lactose. Hope this one comes around again. Another unique take on a style, that really works. Pipeworks just keeps killin' it.
