Poured from a 1 pint 6 oz bottle. It pours a light tan with a slight reddish hue. There is a large, very light, quickly dissipating white head leaving no lacing. The smell is a great mix of wheat and cranberry with a slight sour tinge. The taste is sour first then fading into a light, cranberry wheat flavor. The wheat lingers the longest. The mouthfeel is highly carbonated and light with a little smooth, almost oily feeling. Overall this is a great beer for a sunny day on the deck. It's almost more of a sour beer, but the flavors blend very nicely.

Not bad, but not up to the usual Pipeworks level

22 oz. bottle, no bottled on date. Released earlier in the week. More intriguing label art. "Berliner Style Weisse Beer With Cranberry Puree Added".
Poured into a Unibroue Maudite snifter.
A - Pours a very interesting color; a fizzy sort of lightly pinkish-clear body that looks more like a strawberry soda pop than it does a beer. Half finger or so of frothy pink-white head that dies down to a ring quickly, leaving little to no lace.
S - Aroma is a bit light, but pleasant: tart, yeasty, & bacterial. Perhaps a bit "funky". The lactobacillus overpowers the cranberries on the aroma.
T - Taste follows the nose: tart, yeasty, bacterial, slightly citrusy, slightly leathery, with a splash of tart cranberry juice / water added. Very light and refreshing. The cranberry and the lacto blend nicely together.
M - Feel is very crisp, tart, & light. Very drinkable, quenching, refreshing. Finish is semi-dry & sticky, beckons the palate for more.
Overall, a very nice borderline sour beer from Pipeworks. Love their lighter stuff, too. Especially after a big Thanksgiving dinner.
