Pours a cloudy pale gold, lots of carbonation, but just a small, bubbly head. Smells great, citrus and some leathery funk.

This is an excellent beer. Crisp, refreshing, sour, a little funky, salty...a great take on a gose. At 4%, I will drink a lot of this this summer.

This is more weird than good. Murky brownish orange, beige collar. Smell and taste have a more salty orange and lime forward gose lit up by earthy smoke. Don't hate it, but just seems too far a gap to bridge all of the elements. Feel is better at this with smooth sour malt, smoke bonds with yeast and salt to finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A traditional gose on all accounts, very refreshing, very tasty. Starts with a light yellow pour, head goes away very quickly. Hits the palette with a light feel and a lot of carbonation, almost like a pilsner. Giving way to tartness, leading into a hint of brine and fruit. Taste lingers and develops in the mouth a very long time. Very low ABV, great session beer. Well done again Pipeworks, you nailed it on the head as usual. Will I buy again? Definitely!!!!

 

Decent gose, but would like more flavor. A bit light for me.
