L: bright copper amber permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles supports a 2" off-white cap

S: Melon and tropical fruit aromas are big. Peach and honey aromas are low.

T: Peach emerges bigger on the tongue than on the nose working with a big bitterness supported by melon, citrus, big alcohol and traces of honey and finishes with a lingering peachy bitterness.

F: creamy, medium plus body, medium carbonation

O: a delightful beer for sipping all evening

2 oz bottle into chalice. No date.
Nice cloudy golden orange look. Nice sweet fruit nose . Taste is nice and sweet with clean hop taste. Feel is medium light. Overall a very nice DIPA that hides alcohol well. Would buy this again.

Pours a cloudy apricot/orange color with a thick white head that lingers and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is peaches and citrus. Flavor is sweet ripe peaches and some mild citrus with a nice dank hop bite in the finish. Feel is medium/heavy. Overall a fine beer.

Pours a clear golden color with 2 finger fluffy white head and very nice lacing Smell was citrus. peach and honey. Taste even better citrus lead the way with some earth dank hops , peaches and honey mix in for a soft mouth feel. Medium carbonation with ABV very well hidden. Very good 2IPA with the peach and honey.

Pours a hazy golden hued orange.

Pungent and strong notes of bright citrus and some earthy/grass notes.

Citrus comes in strong in flavor as well and dominates.

Medium-bodied, medium carbonation, crisp.

Overall, not my favorite of the "fish series" but rather drinkable.

22 ounce bottle into a snifter. Bottled 5/30/17, had 6/14/17.

Pours a bright, cloudy orange, with about a one inch foamy head and a fair amount of foamy lacing. Smells first of citrus hops- orange, grapefruit. It’s quite dank, with some green onions, some malt and honey, light yeast, light peaches- more as it warms. The taste is not nearly as dank as the nose. Flavors of malt, peach, orange and grapefruit hops, light caramel and sweetness, a good amount of hop bitterness throughout. Dry, crisp, smooth, well carbonated, a good lighter to medium body. The hop bitterness lingers on the finish.

The peaches don’t stand out, but they have a good presence. But all the flavors blend very well, a nice balance of hops to malt, lots of dank aroma. Something for everyone. I really liked this.
