22 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled 10/11/17, had 12/3/17.

Pours a hazy apricot/orange, with a one inch foamy head with good retention and lots of creamy lacing. Aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine, orange, light grapefruit, malt. The taste is mostly similar- pineapple, more grapefruit, orange, mango, malt, some sweetness. A fair amount of hop bitterness throughout. Very smooth and refreshing, a solid medium body, well carbonated.

A strong, but not outstanding effort across the board. The hop blend works well. Enjoyable.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pint 6 fl oz bottle on December 29, 2017. Hazy with a thick head and sticky lacing. Nice juicy hop flavors and aromas. Smooth creamy mouthfeel.

First thought is Pipeworks does it yet again with an outstanding IPA.

Second thought is this is a great beer to have after drinking a thick barrel aged beer like the Bruery's Melange 3.

Look is a very hazy gold/orange color with healthy lacing. Smell and taste are a healthy balance of bitterness and citrus that I'm enjoying these days more and more. I love the New England style, but there is something to be said about the balance of zesty and dank that beers like this believe an IPA should be. The feel is balanced. It has a crisp, clean, slightly alcoholic presence, and it just drinks well.

My thoughts on this beer can be summed up in one way, and I have said it for years. If I was told tomorrow I could only drink one brewery for the rest of my life, it would be an easy choice, it would be Pipeworks. And I'd gladly have this one in the lineup.
