Bomber of unknown date, but obtained from the chilled cooler at the Dojo. Biscuity malt, Assam tea, and lavender over a thin layer of bright citrus. Moderately thin with a slight oiliness.

Copper orange in color, very clear. One finger of bright white foam, recedes to a thick ring around the edge with little lacing. The aroma is quite nice and very representative of the style. Rich malts, toast, caramel, fruity esters. Mild spicy hop character. The taste follows exactly, with the malt body leading the way with a subtle noble hop presence. Medium body, moderate carbonation, and a balanced, slightly dry finish. Really enjoying this English IPA from PDubs.

Aroma is caramel/toffee, bready malts and fruit. The flavor is citrus, mild tea, English malts, fruit and a slightly sweet//tart/spicy English hop finish.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 22 fl oz bottle on January 16, 2018. Look is dark amber with a thin head and lingering lacing. Smell and taste is a nice balance of hops and English malts. Feel is light to medium in body.
