Tasted in a champagne flute from a one pint can on October 19, 2018. Brewred with Galaxy, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops. Notes of white grapes and melon. Crisp dry finish.

Pours a golden color - somewhat cloudy. Thin white head dissipates steadily leaving a thin layer of velvety foam on top of the beer with some white lacing along the glass.
Aroma is rather muddled. Overall its a rather vegetal aroma with some notes of white grapes, lemon, lemon grass and something else that I can't quite place. Not very pleasant taken all together.
Taste has notes of grass, alfalfa, hints of lemon, lime, white grapes, and lemon grass. The bitterness pops up in the middle of the flavor cascading across the palate and builds through the finish before trailing off.
Feel is fizzy and spritzy. Light and pretty drinkable. Semi-dry finish initially just kind of dries up on the finish leaving the palate bone dry.
Overall I usually love Pipeworks and what they do, but this is a total miss for me.
