22 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Had 6/4/19.
Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow, with a half inch foamy head with good retention and some foamy lacing. Aromas of Belgian yeast, malt, wheat, some passion fruit, some straw/funk, light bread, light spices, a little black pepper. Flavors of malt, some passion fruit, Belgian yeast, wheat, lemon, biscuit, light spices, a lot hop bitterness midway through the finish. Smooth, a good light to medium body, well carbonated.
Like the pineapple variant, the passion fruit is understated. Not sure this is an improvement over the original base beer. Still, solid overall and enjoyable.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 22 fl oz bottle on December 25, 2018. Imperial golden ale brewed with passion fruit juice. Tastes more like a fruited sour than a golden ale. Still good though.
