Gose with watermelon juice and sea salt .
Watermelon is practically the mascot of late summer picnics, and now it might be the unofficial mascot of summery beers. This tart, subtly sweet, ultra refreshing with a touch of salt to finish it off - is liquid late summer. We've never made a watermelon beer before... and now we're wondering WHAT IS WRONG WITH US?! It's a perfectly enjoyable crusher poifect for cooler stocking. Please note: this is a seedless watermelon beer.

Pours a light golden color. Mostly clear and nicely effervescent. Thick three finger sudsy white head dissipates quickly leaving no residual head.
Aroma has notes of lightly salted watermelon and a hint of wheat. Not much else going on with the aroma.
Taste is initially just a classic nose - you get wheat, salt, a bit of brine-y tartness. Towards the middle to the back end the watermelon flavor comes through and builds Gives the palate a mix of salty watermelon and tart wheat notes. Dry tart finish.
Feel is slightly tart, producing just a slight puckering sensation. Body is light and crisp. Moderate carbonation.
Overall this is a well made gose and the watermelon works really really well with the style. Its not their best gose since its a bit more subdued and watery than the others, but its still really nice. Hope this is a regular in the summer.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on August 22, 2019. What goes better with watermelon than salt? Nothing. Great idea for a summer Gose. Recommended.
