Gose with watermelon juice, key lime juice, chili peppers, and sea salt.
We were so happy with how our watermelon gose turned out, we had to brew this souped up version with lime juice and chili peppers. This beer is tart, with a slight kick and lots of refreshing watermelon and lime juice.

Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a slightly hazy golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light lacing and thin wisps.
S - Aromas of watermelon candle and flashes of lime zest and flashes of salinity.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more of that waxy watermelon candle. Good key lime, flashes of salinity, finish has bits of chili heat.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little crisp.
O - Overall this was a solid enough gose. The watermelon is incredibly lackluster, the chili here is rather odd spicy.
Serving Type: can

Thanks to rudzud
Light foamy creamy head decent retention and light lacing, hazy blond color
Nose tart fruity gose, some watermelon, tart lemony, and lime juice, hint pepper, weird waxy malt thing
Taste brings more tart wheat, lemony bready malt and tartness, Berliner like wheat and lacto sourness, light pepper heat, bit of salt, light watermelon mostly artificial, getting more as it warms, some juicy key lime and creamy doughy wheat bread, drier finish but little sticky flemmy
Mouth is med to light bod, med higher carb, little flemmy, but if pepper heat
Overall meh, has most of the components it promises but doesn't jive well Overall as a beer
