This version also has Idaho 7 Hops & Cryo Citra
Pours an effervescent & slightly hazed gold with a thumb of cream colored head. Great lacing & good head retention
S: Tangerine, a little cattyness
T: Follows the nose, dryness & a little pineapple up front, along with some cakey notes. Nice cakey notes, a little green melon, pineapple & dryness as this beer warms up. Finishes a little dry with tangerine, pineapple, lime, a kiss of green melon & cattyness
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, nice balance
Solid, super drinkable DIPA well worth re-purchasing

16oz can, date stamped 02/11/20. A very slightly hazed golden colored DIPA is cappes by a frothy white head. Nice floral citrus and pineapple aroma. Great flavors with this one: grapefruit and key lime citrus, pine, pineapple, mango, papaya, faint passion fruit along with a light caramel and honey base. Full body, resinous hops coat the palate, moderate carbonation, bitter yet balanced finish. I really liked this one - I didn't realize I like Ekuanot hops this much.

16oz can, 02.11.2020 stamped on the underside of the can, poured into a 14oz snifter glass.
The beer pours a fairly clear bright golden straw color, lightly cloudy with a finger of white head that has moderate retention and nice lacing. The aroma is pleasant, tangy citrus, soft tropical fruits, very floral and grassy, delicate with soft cereal grains and a touch of booze. The flavors are good, biscuit malt, lime, grapefruit, tropical pineapple and papaya, lingering grassy and green bitterness. The mouthfeel is good, lively and carbonated medium body that coats well with a crisp and dry finish.
Verdict: A solid IPA from Pipeworks. Bright, delicate and inviting but perhaps not the most exciting IPA they've made.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on February 19, 2020. Double India Pale Ale brewed with Ekuanot hops and Cryo Ekuanot hops. Not hazy, just tasty.

Aroma is fruit, malts and slight sweetness/hops. The flavor is citrus/fruit, malts, slightly grainy texture, a very hint of sticky and a mildly sweet/hoppy finish.
