Pours black, tough to coax any foam out of the pour at all. Residual traces of unfiltered bits left on the side of the glass are less attractive than lacing would be, but that's the additive game. Definitely hits the coconut and almond notes, but not chocolatey enough to call it an Almond Joy-beer. I actually prefer it that way, though; it's certainly sweet as an imperial milk stout, but not overdoing it.

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It smelled of chocolate, roasted malt, toasted coconut and almond. Sweet malty taste with chocolate, coconut and nutty flavors.
