Sour Wheat Ale with Peach Juice.
The name kinda says it all! This is a wheat ale that we soured with lactobacillus for a slight yogurt-like tart character. We also added lots of peach juice for a taste and aroma that's summery and farm-stand fresh.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of sweet peach, toasted caramel and cracked wheat. Sweet peach taste with bready wheat, caramel and a mild bitterness.
