Hazy IPA with Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic CRyo hops.
These days the future seems even more unpredictable than usual... While we don't recommend shaking this beer, this beer has the answer to at least 1 question... "Is this beer lush, tasty, and full of fruit punch flavors?" The answer is clear - "YES". This is a hazy IPA brewed with coconut-forward sabro hops, citra hops that bring the mandarin orange juicy notes, and cryo mosaic which pops with ripe berry aromas and flavors. All around this is a hazy, soft, and lush IPA.

Ever play with a Magic 8 Ball back in the day? I did and I had to chuckle when I saw this up at Cable Beverage recently. It's been ages since I've had anything from Pipeworks but thankfully, a few of their offerings are available in this neck of the woods as I though this was a smooth sipper without any rough edges to it...
This had a pretty typical pour to it for a New England IPA as the liquid was a light gold with a ton of bubbly head, although the lacing left behind was nearly nonexistent. Not a strong aroma to this as there was a ton of melon, gooseberry, and citrus pith in it with some coconut, tangy orange, and Sprite entering the fray as it warmed up. A bit of a tingle emerged on my palate as the hops were present, but not overly potent or bitter, as the stone fruit ended up dominating in the end. indeed, this was smooth but needed more carbonation and body to it as it was a relatively light take on the style that didn't measure up to more popular examples from these parts.
It was nearly impossible to detect the alcohol in this as I could have easily mistaken this for an American Pale Ale based on that. Canned on 2/5, this felt fresh as there were some small bits of sediment that came out of the bottom of the can. There was nothing wrong with this but it had too much melon and stone fruit in it for me to rate it any higher. Unfortunately, the signs didn't quite point to yes with this...
