Hazy Imperial IPA with Idaho 7, Citra, Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, and Cryo Mosaic Hops.

Long before the days when ninja ruled the world, during the Epic Epoch, unicorns were free to roam without a single predator. These graceful giants grew to a MAMMOTH size - taller than trees and most mountains.

Archeologist have found, deep under the earth's crust, layers and layers of glitter - evidence of these Mammoth Unicorns.

We pay tribute to these colossal magical beasts with our biggest, smoothest hazy yet! All of our brewers agree, this is just a damn nice beer. Beautiful notes of ripe peach, strawberries, and guava mingle and sing out from these suds like the calls of big Unicorns long ago!

Aroma is very nutty/slightly funky Mosaic hops. The flavor is fruit, malts/grains and a very complex/yet slightly simple mix of Citra/nutty/wood/tropical Mosaic hop finish.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 5/13/21, had 7/5/21.

Pours a bright, pale orange yellow, somewhat hazy, with a one inch foamy head and some foamy lacing. Aromas of peach, orange, some grapefruit and pineapple, light guava. Has a grassy aroma. Flavors of peach, malt, some guava and grapefruit, some orange, light pineapple, a light hop bitterness. A little bit of a grassy flavor. Smooth, good light to medium body, well carbonated.

Peach and guava as promised, lots of aromas and flavors, but lacking the strong malt backbone that Pipeworks typically uses. Enjoyable, but not… mammoth.

Seems like they just made the NvU recipe with Cryo Simco and Mosaic, this beer rules!

Pours a bit darker than most cryo NE IPAs and is almost totally opaque. Hop profile totally masks any heat from the 9.5abv and this is insanely well balanced and flavorful. It's a special neipa
