Peach Cobbler oat ale with Peaches, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Lactose.
The Whole Dish is a tribute to the humble yet incredibly tasty summer hero - the peach cobbler. If you're lucky enough to be in the presence of a peach cobbler, you might find yourself thinking that's you'd like a whole dish of it!
This beer is brewed with pureed ripe peaches, and a subtle note of cinnamon - it's that refreshing nectar.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Boom. I ate the whole dish. Just imagine that scene from Transformers with posh British accents. ...Anyway, this stuff pours a rather hazy sunset orange-auburn topped by a half-finger of off-cream foam. The nose comprises light peach pit, light cinnamon, biscuit, graham cracker, and a bit of candied orange peel. The taste brings in more of the same, though the peach is more tame, the cinnamon feeling a bit brown sugar-y, and a vague sweetness creeping up to swallow the slightly tart fruit notes. It's not quite messy, but the flavors don't fully mesh, either. The body is a slight medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, I'm torn on this one: It taste mostly fine, but I'm not really sure I would ever want to drink one again. It's strange and hard to explain, really.
