Hazy India Pale Ale with Mosaic and Cryo Mosaic Hops.
Mosaic Mosaic and repeat!
We doubled down on Mosaic hops, and used two kinds, Mosaic and Cryo Mosaic, in two ways for this Hazy IPA and the result is a really nice full expression of the juicy, soft, blueberry and melon notes that Mosaic hops are known for.
This beer is Mosaic turned up to 11 and it's a 10.

16oz can fill date 6/24/21 into a 16oz pint glass.
L: Pours a pale electric neon straw lemon hazy yellow with a thin off-white head with very little lacing and very low carbonation.
S: Pineapple, sweet bread, blueberries and melon. Fairly tropical.
T: Pineapple, lemon peel, pie crust, grains, biscuit, yeast, slightly buttery and lightly sweet. It is non-resinous. No alcohol.
F: A semi-juicy medium-light bodied mouthfeel that is lightly crisp, moderately dry and has a rather fast finish.
O: A very bright tasting Hazy IPA that is overall on the lighter side of it's style and is easy drinking. It's 7.2%ABV is well concealed and there's something in the center of the overall taste profile that points towards a pilsner-ish ingredient. It is delicious and is excellent in it's style.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a good-sized, off-white head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of some much citrus and tropical fruit. It tasted like a punch of citrus and tropical fruit in the face. Sweet caramel and a sharp bitterness. Mosaic might be my favorite hop.
