Whiskey Sour Beer. Sour with lemon and orange peel blended with bourbon barrel aged beer.
WORLDS COLLIDE! We took a page from the world of cocktails to bring you this whiskey sour beer! We brewed a light and lemony beer with a garnish of orange peel and blended in a perfect amount of barrel aged beer to give Colliding Worlds a bit of oaky, vanillin, and bourbon character.
This beer is balanced, complex, super tasty and a bit unusual.

Pours a nice burnt orange with a finger of white fizz quickly reducing to a still liquid. Nose is orange peel, toasted barrel, vanilla and lemon rind. Taste follows suit, a little heavy handed on the lemon, not a ton of barrel character coming through. Feel is crisp and tart, good carb bite. Overal, okay beer.
