Pipeworks always brings me in with their approachable stouts. They do a great job of providing rich and flavorful brews. I don’t venture off that path often but I did grab their Fancy Little Holiday wheat beer for the Christmas season. It has a nice tart bite and an herbal type of fruitiness. The flavors are light but represented in orange and cranberry. It is a nice beer for the holidays because it is light, refreshing, and a great aperitif to a rich holiday dinner.
