Sour ale with plums.
Maybe it's all the sugar plums that have been dancing in our dreams... but we were determined to brew a beer that accented the plums delicate flavor. Here we are!
Plump Plum, is a sour accented by so many pounds of plums that were pureed and added to the fermenting beer. It's gentle, delicate, tangy, tart and just a delicious beer.

Hard to believe I am the first to review this, jeez
Pours a very effervescent purple tinged copper with a thumb of tight sand colored head with flecks of pink. Looks more like flat Chablis once all the carbonation dissapates. No head retention & only slightly more lacing
S: A little pear, berries & tartness as this warms
T: Raspberry, blueberry tartness, maybe a little plum, plus dryness up front. Tartness, dryness, black currants & a little plum when warm & a little leathery funkyness. Finishes tart, dry with a little funky cherry & black currant
MF: Light/medium body, lively carbonation, sure sticking to the teeth
No new ground plowed here, just another sour, except towards the end. The next one I will drink much warmer & possibly adjust my rating
