Ale with Strawberries, hibiscus, vanilla, and lactose.
I mean we had to brew strawberry shortcake with strawberries! Lots and lots of strawberries! To bring home the strawberry shortcake vibes, we also added vanilla and a dollop of lactose. Hibiscus brings it all home with lemony berry flavors, and of course, some extra pink color.

Pours a very effervescent purple/pink with 4 fingers of pink head. Some head retention & lacing
S: Berry notes & vanilla once warm
T: Strawberry, vanilla, sweetness & tartness up front, along with some dryness. Lemon surfaces as this warms along with blueberry, plus strawberry & a little vanilla once warm. Finishes sweet, tart with berry & vanilla & a touch of acidity
MF: Medium body, crisp carbonation
Good flavor up front, but doesn't pull together enough I would want another one
