Pale Ale with Simcoe Hops and Grapefruit.
Like a swift roundhouse kick, Time Crunch comes out of nowhere, kickin' your taste buds with ripe stone fruit, subtle pine, and fresh citrus zest notes from the Simcoe hops. But the action doesn't stop there. Juicy grapefruit drops down from the shadows, unleashing a ridiculously refreshing punch to this beer.

Pours an effervescent gold with 2 fingers of pearl colored head with tons of floaties. No head retention or lacing
S: Some breadyness & citrus
T: Grapefruit, a little dryness, some sour orange up front. Dryness, grapefruit, tart/sour oranges as this beer warms. Finishes tart, dry & with plenty of grapefruit
MF: Medium body, low carbonation, decent balance
Drinks alright, but a little one dimensional taste-wise

Pours a slight orangish yellow with lots of floaties and a lingering, soapy head.
The smell is citrus with grapefruit at the front and lemon underneath. There's a slight hint of floral also.
The taste is bright, tart citrus with a nice floral finish that lingers. It tastes very strongly of grapefruit juice. There's a very slight metallic taste at the end.
The feel is medium body, medium/high carbonation and a bitter finish.
Overall, this is tasty but a bit too tart for my tastes and way too many floaties. To be fair though, the tartness is nearly perfect grapefruit juice flavor. I'll enjoy the four I bought.
