Bellini Inspired Cryo Hopped Pale Ale with Peach and Grape.
The title says it all. This well balanced, fruited pale ale is just like an afternoon in Venice, in a can. Fresh peach and white grape play extremely well with the additions of Cryo hops to bring you a truly unique beverage.

Pours a hazed gold with one finger of cream colored head. Average-ish head retention & lacing
S: Bready & citrus note, fairly muted, peaches once warm, some cereal notes
T: Not sweet peach & white grape skins, plus dryness up front, hints of sour orange as well, plus lime. Peach sweetens up a bit as this warms up, tartness, lime peel, a little pine, faint sweet cereal notes, some green melon. Finishes a little tart, a little dry with tangerine & green melon
MF: Medium body, fairly crisp carbonation, decent balance
Flavors just didn't gel for me to the point it hurt drinkability. I'd rather have this flavor in a sour ale, work well for that or an actual Bellini. Might revisit this with a warmer bottle, er can

Pours a golden orange with two fingers of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with layers of lacing. Aroma of pine with traces of citrus. Taste follows nose.

16 fl oz. can, 01/24/2023. Another freshie from Pipeworks, acquired the 4pk from the local beer spot. "Bellini Inspired Cryo Hopped Pale Ale" sounds delicious.
Poured to a clear stemless wine snifter.
Pours a nice classical golden IPA / pale ale body. Big finger of frothy, soapy white head sits on top. Looks adequately carbonated. Some spotty scattered lacing. Looks very nice.
Excellent aroma: hugely fresh & mouthwatering. Earthy, herbal, & floral. Notes of lemondrop, peppercorn, & rye. Slightly coiny / metallic.
Extremely fresh, juicy, & floral. Earthy, grainy, rye flavors, and tons of citrus; the finish literally tastes like this thing was brewed with lemonheads candy.
Feel: smooth, crisp, clean, fresh. Super light & easy drinking.
Overall, this is how I remember Pipeworks making em back in the day. Fresh & delicious. Thank you, guys.
