16 fl oz can, canned 08/08/23, nine days in the can. Seems like some pretty fresh beer right cha.
"Pale Ale with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Cryo Citra".
A: Pours crisp, golden, pale. Some decently clarity, not overly hazed, strong finger's worth of frothy white head. Looks super fresh & delicious.
S: Again, super fresh, floral, mouthwatering aroma. Earthy, herbal, dirty, grassy, notes of lemon pith & zest.
T: Taste follows; this is literally everything I could want in a pale ale. Fresh, juicy, hoppy, super balanced. Good bready malt backbone, notes of lemon zest / pith, grass. This is excellent.
F: Super smooth, crisp, clean, easy-drinking. Super light & quenching. I could easily slam the whole 4pk of tall boys in one sitting.
Overall, another excellent freshie from Pipeworks.
