Copenhagen 12/1 2026. 47,3 cl can from DrinkBeer webshop. Light blue can with a lot of snoozing cats sleeping at different stations. The Connoisseurs, I presume.
Pours opaque hazy, golden orange with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with an odor of sweet ripe stone fruits mingling with a tart citric scent. Peach with a touch of mango. Fresh. Lemon and lime. Zesty.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light redeeming, sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty, smooth and dry.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of caramel, orange and grapefruit. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.

Tap pour into a snifter at Whole Foods in Willowbrook, IL. Kind of a damp, dead straw color although the lighting in the room wasn't great. As a fan of bitter beers, the smell and taste of this (mostly citrus) was *fine* but unremarkable. Pipeworks can do beers like this in its sleep. Not a flat note to be found (apart from the appearance), but not a sharp one either.

16 fl oz. can, canned 11/17/2023. Snagged the last 4pk of this stuff from the local Sal's..
"Hazy India Pale Ale with Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops".
A: The looks is good - color is a tawny burnt orange / sienna - and the beer is hazy.. Hazy in the sense that it has sedimentary haze - little floaties - hanging about. Not "Hazy" however in the sense of 'Hazy bro, Hazy' or what some might like to call "New England Style" IPA. I digress, the beer appears fresh & appealing. Strong finger of soapy white suds.
S: Tons of florals, tons of honey, slight alcoholic bite. It's almost a bit fumey.
T: Taste follows - however there is a ton of citrus juice packed into this. Super tart & acidic, but the sweetness from the honeyed malt cuts it. Lightly hot finish. It's got that acidic New England style tartness that's for sure; tons of orange juice, mango, papaya, flowers.
