16oz can
L: slightly hazed caramel colored bier topped with a foamy beige head
S: toasted malt, caramel, bread crust, mild oak, earthy/herbal hops
T: nicely oaked with notes of grain, caramel, bread crust, toast, balanced with some earthy & herbal hops
F: medium body, ample carbonation, balanced and dry finish
O: I feel like there aren’t many oak aged Märzens out there, but it makes for a delicious beer!

Aroma is fruit, malts, caramel/slight toffee and a hint of smoke. The flavor is fruit/berries, malts, a hint of smoke and a mildly sweet agave/smooth finish.

16 oz can into a pint glass. Cloudy copper color with a small, short-lived tan head. Toasty, biscuity malt aroma. Toasted caramel malt dominates the flavor, with some mild hop bitterness struggling to break through. Medium-light feel. Felt a little flat and could have used some more carbonation.

16 ounce can - Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a clouded, dark amber-hued body with a fairly brief, off-white head.
Smell: Toasted malt quality with a thin veneer of caramel and distant, far-off hints of fruit, dried herb.
Taste: Toasty maltiness, a light caramel hint and sweetness. A slight, subtle fruitiness with a firmer, bitter-imparting dried herb shaker hint. Big gulps, little sips, lettin' it warm... I never really get any of the purported oak aging.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Lacks depth, rather underwhelming. Not a fan.

16oz can, dated 08.26.2024, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 10.03.2024, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a rich copper color, amber hues, slightly cloudy, foamy, bone colored head, good retention and spotted lacing. The aroma is nice, hearty grain, amber malts, caramel, earthy hop, oaky, sweet toffee, mineral water. The flavors are good, light bitter hop, green, earthy, oaky, nutty, citrus peel, soft fruitiness, lots of amber grain, very bready, toffee, and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating and crisp, lively medium body with a smooth, easy finish.
Verdict: A very nice Märzen, smooth, hearty, and easy. Welcomes the fall season very nicely.

Mostly clear orangey/amber body with a khaki head. Smell and taste both show off the toasty and light oak tones, malt forward and decently bready otherwise. As it warms the yeast/oak combo comes to life more. This is especially true for feel, clean and somewhat crisp in a medium-light body. Simpler but well executed
