A rich and smooth Dunkel Weisse brewed with a blend of dark wheat and Munich malts, creating deep caramel and toasty bread flavors, complemented by classic banana and clove esters from traditional weizen yeast.

16oz can, 1008 stamped on the underside, poured into a Pipeworks snifter glass. Enjoyed on 05.18.2025, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a dark amber, burgundy brown, copper hues with a foamy, off-white head, nice hight with spotted lacing. The aroma is pleasant, rich amber grains, dark stone fruits, brown sugar, clove, soft citrus, herbal tea, lightly floral. The flavors are good, sweet grains, amber and caramel malts, brown bread, clove, nutmeg, citrus, wildflower, with sweet brown sugar. The mouthfeel is nice, coating, lively with a very smooth medium body, easy and soft finish.
Verdict: A nice dunkel from Pipeworks. Very clean, classic flavor profile, balanced pretty well, a touch sweet, but super sessionable.

16 oz can into a weizen glass. Slightly hazy deep copper/dark amber color with a large rocky tan head leaving thick rings of sticky lace. Rich toasty malt and date aroma. Banana, dates, toffee, and brown sugar cut with some mild medicinal hop bitterness in the flavor. Medium-full, chewy body.
