22oz bottle purchased as a single from Winooski Beverage.
Poured into an imperial pint glass, formed a vaulting 3" off-white head over the slightly cloudy straw brew. Large-bubbled head deflates slowly, with sporadic chunky lace. Aroma is light pale malts.
Taste starts with soft pale sweetness, balanced by light spiciness through the middle, which interplay through the close. Smooth mouthfeel, and drinkability is easy. Pleasingly muted entry which can accompany most anything with a complementary taste. Nice first offering for me from Crop.
