Sampled during a 20AUG15 visit to Stowe and Crop Bistro with Alewife. Served in a small tulip, $6.50 for 10-12oz.

Was a deep mahogany hue, with a slight touch of haze. Had a creamy, frothy tan head along with decent lacing. Aroma was semisweet caramel malt, but was on the mild side. Solid body, medium all the way, and fairly smooth on the tongue.

Had a good malty start, with caramel and some nutty notes. Lightly sweet before getting a bit of floral hopping going on. Was a bit more hoppy than most DBocks, and not nearly malty or complex enough. Both of us were a little let down, to be honest Prosit!
