Poured from 500mL bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: murky yellow hue with a huge 3+ finger head of pillowy foam that has great retention. Quite excellent.
Smell: slightly sweet with deep, rich, earthy hops and a bit of the lime peeking through. Very interesting; I like it.
Taste: malty backbone with a good level of hops that are dank in character and a bit earthy. The lime is definitely present but isn't overpowering; the bitter and earthy elements of the zest are welcome here.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a big carbonation and somewhat ephemeral creaminess.
Overall: a strange beer, but I kind of like it.
