Peach sour ale dry hopped with Amarillo hops to really reinforce the peach and stone fruit characteristics. A great blend of dewy peach flavor and big, tangerine-meets-apricot hop aromatics.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy honey color with a two finger head that fades away without much lacing action
Smell: Lactic tart peach tones with a citrusy edge
Taste: Tart peach forward with some sweeter tones building; citrus bitterness in the middle bringing a grapefruit pith edge; the finish is verges bitter with the tart aspect lingering and the sweet peach disappearing
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Not sure that dry hopping is the way to go here; I generally like peach sours but what I like about them is not coming through
