A- Gorgeous cloudy light orange. Short-lived fizzy head with no lacing.
S- Light biscuit grain, faint stone fruits, smells “sour” if that makes any sense.
T- Fairly tart, hints of oakiness and a little funk, faint plum and apricot.
M- Fairly high carbonation, medium viscosity.
O- Refreshing. Not too tart, but tartness dominates the flavor profile and I would’ve liked a stronger fruit presence.
