Mostly opaque golden with a large white head. Lingers pretty well, especially in a taller/thinner glass.
Nose has a nice punchy refreshing character to it. Some citrus good pulpy peach... not overly sweet, almost more similar to like a dried apricot. Don't catch any of the wild character nor black tea.
UPDATE: after sitting and warming for a while, the tea becomes much more pungent. But it's not really what I would think of as black tea (astringent etc), it's more floral and almost tropical... like hibiscusy or something.
Upon first sip, the tart wild character comes through completely. It's well balanced with the round juiciness of the peach, though again, it's not sweet, it's not super fruity, it just balances the tart acidity really wonderfully. Still don't get much of the black tea, unless I convinced myself the tart building to dry finish is influenced from the tea.
Medium body with unassuming carbonation and a pleasant rich tartness that doesn't overwhelm. I feel like Urban Family has the fruited sour thing dialed in pretty nicely, and this is no exception. The GF is also a big fan of this one.
