Poured from a bottle (no date I could find) into a Belgian glass
L: Yellow gold, nice white head with an aggressive pour. Some thin white lacing
S: wow that is passionfruit. A fruit bomb as soon as it’s poured, fills the room. Head in the glass after a while, it’s still mostly what I get (some tart but that may be mostly the fruit)
T: passionfruit leads the way for sure, with a very sour backbone. Would say the taste is a bit one-dimensional, not bad but lacking some depth. Gets a bit bitter as it warms, a shame - nose much more inviting
F: nicely carbonated, appropriate body medium/light
O: a passionfruit bomb that lights up the room, unfortunately taste doesn’t quite deliver. Found it a bit astringent, not enough to keep me from drinking it but a shame considering the nose
