A: The beer is black when viewed from afar and has traces of dark brown near the corner of the glass when it is held up to a bright light. It poured with a patch of tan bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of passion fruit are present in the nose along with hints of chocolate.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of passion fruit along with underlying hints of chocolate malts and slight bits of roasted malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The looks of this beer are very deceiving as it would appear a stout when viewed from afar but it is first and foremost a passion fruit sour with a bit of chocolate malts. It is very easy to drink.
