Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 10/21/20; the label calls this a "dry hopped pilsner".
Appearance: light golden hue with a lightly hazy body and a thin finger of frothy ivory foam atop. It looks pretty good, although perhaps not as brightly clear as a typical example of the style.
Smell: sweet, grainy aroma with some lightly grassy hops; the aroma is not at all as hoppy as I might have anticipated from the label.
Taste: grainy and quite earthy; relatively sweet and yeasty as well. Again, the hops don't jump out in this one; they provide more of an earthy, grassy undertone to the whole business. Bitterness is moderate; it's not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a great big carbonation and a nice creaminess. I dig it.
Overall: this is a pretty decent beer, although I would never in a million years guess it was dry-hopped.
