Pours a clear pale amber with plenty of foam in the big Tripel Karmeliet goblet. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. Inviting cereal aroma with a woody note. Flavor is warm and malty with something grainy like rice that is very satisfying. Maybe a hint of hops and some green herbal tang, but not bitter or astringent. Another highly drinkable Rice Lager, which is my vote for the best light and lagery style. From the 16 oz can purchased at Metropolitan Market on Mercer Island.
