Made with Onda coffee.
Moderate level of medium brown head. Color of three year old motor oil and opaque as can be. Sure 'nough, aroma consists of very darkly roasted barley malt and fine, French Roast coffee, in a slight majority of roasted barley malt with a hint of caramel/toffee, for the aroma. A confusing mix of dark roasted grains, toffee and Dr. Pepper, for the taste. Not much body for this type of barrel aged stout.

12oz. Can into a Side Project snifter.
Pours super dense and thick. No lace or head. Oily, mocha legs. Nose is cinnamon and spice forward. Brown sugar, cocoa, and milk chocolate. Very aromatic and rich. Mellow booze presence. Chocolate, molasses, and fudge opening. Cinnamon and jalapeno spice. Prickly, peppery. Cocoa powder bitterness and more milk chocolate in the end. Graham cracker finish. Body is full with low carbonation. Slick and oily on the palate and goes down warm, sticky. Long, lingering, filmy aftertaste.
Chewy, rich, and thick. Good balance between the chocolate and spice presence.
